Your Mum and Dad ran our Corner Gas. When we were children we would ride our bikes to buy a chocolate bar. Later it was the closest gas station. Your Mum was always so friendly even if she had to pump gas in the snow. It was only last week I was thinking about her.
I’m sure you have wonderful memories to support you through these days.
My thoughts are with you

I only met Aleta and Wes a few times in the 60’s when my dad (Russell) was passing through Bolton on the way to “the farm” (aunt Jennie and uncle Arnold Moffat). We always stopped to say hello and always received a very warm welcome. I hope her life was as joyfull as it was long; may she rest in peace. Rick and Ev Matson, Gravenhurst.

I have many fond memories of your Mom & Dad when they would come to the dances at the Enniskillen Hall at the Blackhorse and your Dad would call the square dances. Your Mom always there by his side. She was a lovely person. Our sincerest sympathies.

My Mom(Pearlie) always spoke dearly of her sister Leta and they shared a special bond even after Leta went to live with Gramma Hendry and Aunt Pearl. I believe she never missed sending Aunt Leta a birthday card each year always with special memories. I’m certain that when Mom passed in April of this year, she was up above rallying to have Leta come and join her so they could resume their childhood bond. May they both be having the time of their lives.
Gloria & Brian Shaw
We wish to express our condolences, Gloria Shaw (nee \Matson) and family. We are so sorry for your loss. I remember so much of when Uncle Wes & Aunt aleta had the gas station north of Bolton and all the get togethers at the Orange Hall in Palgrave. Now they are both together, happy to be finally together in the end.
