Our deepest condolences to Bruce and Brenda’s family. Our family was so saddened to hear the news. Brenda’s smile was always a welcome sight in the neighbourhood. Her love of photography and her calm presence was a hallmark. I remember her years at Zehrs too, and her kindness when our babies arrived.
Keeping you all in our hearts and thoughts.
Helen, Chuck, Bowie and Sylvia (and Hapi and Juno, her “adopted kitties”)

please accept my sincere condolences. I have many fond memories of our time together at Zehrs . Working together for 20years at Zehrs Markets I knew Brenda to be a team player .Dedicated, smart and a hands on manager .
Each and every morning she and her staff would send the aroma of fresh baked bread out into the store as a “come and get it” welcome to her customers.
a blessing she was

So sorry to hear of Brenda’s passing. I worked with Brenda back in 1979 at Zehrs in Bolton and then again 2005 until she retired. One memory that stands out in my mind is going to get her to bring her to work after a blizzard the first year we worked together. Her road was drifted in, but one of her brothers, I believe, brought her by snowmobile to meet me where the plow had been. I always enjoyed our conversations.
