Dear Jeff, Brad and families,
I don’t know exactly how many years i worked with your Mom at Weston, but it was a lot! She was dedicated and exemplified every value that we believed in. She was also my surrogate “work Mom” and friend. When my daughter Stephanie was 14 years old, your mother took her under her wing one summer, and had her working in the receivables department. My daughter still talks about how your Mom was tough but fair, and a great first boss. Whenever I had “people issues,” your Mom was the one I turned to for advice. I drove through Caledon this past weekend, thought of your Mom, and promised myself to call her, and i just now got the news that she had passed. She was very proud of you and I heard about you a lot. Best wishes under these sad circumstances. May your many memories comfort you during this difficult time………

Dear Brad and Family,
I was truly saddened to read this here.
A mutual friend told me today that your mum had gone to Bethel House.
We had no idea. I just want to say I loved her spirit,
She was such a character. We shared many a laugh at the counter.. over 25 years.
The stories of her kids, grandkids, cottage life…her trip west…all great memories for me to cling to.
Sorry for your sadness.

Oh how very sad to find out so late that my dear friend has passed. Colleen and Helen and i lived together in the late 60’s and of course I knew your dad well. She spoke often of her grandkids especially enjoying fine dining with one of you. I have so many fond memories….both sad and happy. I just knew something was very amiss when the Christmas card didn’t come this year. I know how much you all will miss this strong dynamic lady! Please accept my sincere condolences.
