Saddened to learn of the passing of Cy, he was truly a main fixture of the town of Bolton/ Caledon. He was a pure talent that created the town’s flag for its centennial celebration in 1972. Cy also produced a heritage collection of the old core of Bolton’s buildings that some of were lost to fire such as the Queen’s hotel, the Hickman street arena and the Albert street public school. Others were in the collection as well. May he Rest In Peace.
