Suddenly but peacefully at Caressant Care Centre, Fergus, on Saturday, May 26, 2012, Dennis Dunne, in his 86th year, beloved husband of the late Mary Ellen Dunne. Loving father of Mary and Brian (deceased) Martin, England; Denise and Ron Eccles, Orangeville; Jackie and Chris Martin, Orangeville; Angela and Ben (deceased) Horst, Grand Valley; Peter Dunne, Proton Station. Predeceased by Raymond and Sheila. Lovingly remembered by 9 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by 2 grandchildren. Dear brother of Tony and Roselyn Dunne, Brampton; Margaret and John Baldwin, Shelburne. Predeceased by George, Thomas, Susan and Eva. Dennis will be sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews and friends.
The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home Baxter & Giles Chapel, 273 Broadway, Orangeville (519-941-2630) on Thursday evening 6 – 9 o’clock. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Friday morning, June 1 at 11 o’clock. Followed by cremation. Masonic Service will be held in the chapel Thursday evening at 6:30 followed by Legion Service at 7 o’clock.
