Donato La Farciola, age 82 years, passed away peacefully in his home in Bolton on Friday, May 25, 2018. Donato was born on July 31, 1935 in Lanciano, Italy. He moved to Canada in August of 1954, and married the love of his life Rita in 1959. Donato kept three jobs to provide for his family and later built his own business, Royal Tubs LTD from the ground up. Donato was a hard worker; he dedicated his life to providing the best for his growing family who he loved dearly. He was the life of the party, always joking and making everyone laugh.
He will be deeply missed by his loving wife Rita; two children Maurizio (Annette), and Maria; seven grandchildren Frank (Melissa), Ginina (Vincent) , Adrian, Angelica (Nicholas), and Amanda; seven great-grandchildren Alessandra, Daniele, Victoria, Isabella, Luca, Matthew, and Giuliana. He will also be greatly missed by his sisters, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews.
The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street S. (Hwy 50), Bolton (905-857-2213) Tuesday afternoon 2 – 4 and evening 6 – 9 o’clock.
Funeral Mass will be held in Holy Family Roman Catholic Church, 60 Allan Drive, Bolton on Wednesday morning, May 30 at 10 o’clock.
Entombment Glendale Memorial Gardens, 1810 Albion Road, Etobicoke.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be greatly appreciated.
