Journey on sweet soul and never look back. You left behind a lasting legacy of always being in the present moment and always walking your talk. Your kindness and beautiful disposition made each person you met feel special. The close multicultural friendships you fostered in the community surrounded you with wonderful friends. Everyone felt comfortable being with you.
Bless you sweetheart. You will live on in our hearts forever.

Sending love and peaceful thoughts. I will always remember how Dodie taught me to sing with the Peace Keepers for the Palgrave United Church , I remember being so afraid to stand in front of the congregation but, we did it with Dodie’s guidance and patience, we did it . Very kind, and happy memories from a long time neighbour, friend and fellow Peace Keeper xx

Doris Lynn & I met in grade 7 (55 years ago) and have been friends ever since. I started in the Palgrave Public School in grade 7, knowing no one. She was the one who stepped forward and sought me out. We have been through so much together, health situations, marriages, the death of my husband, travel and just growing up together. When she married Kav (Bob) I was lucky enough to be chosen as her maid of honour. She was a wonderful woman, thoughtful, always happy with life; she made so many good friendships. She leaves behind a wonderful memory of all those she touched and helped. She is a friend I will miss desperately. Rest in Peace my dear Doris Lynn.

We are very sorry for your loss, Kavasji. Please accept our sincere sympathies in your bereavement. Doris was a wonderful person and will be missed by all of her friends and relatives. You both laid out the welcome mat for numerous New Year’s Eve celebrations at your warm and beautifully decorated home; we must have brought in over 20 New Years together in our long and enduring friendship. May Doris’s soul rest in eternal peace and may you, Kavasji, be granted the courage to bear this irreparable loss. Yours in sorrow, Gool and Minoo

Big condolences to Dixie, Dawn and families. I’ll never forget the beautiful Jones family sitting in the pews at Palgrave Church. (I was always jealous they had such a short Sunday commute). I hitchhiked once in my life, when I was 16, and was picked up up by Sam Jones. It wasn’t long before our conversation went to his girls and what they were doing in life. He was so proud. My sympathies to such a great family.
