Dear Leanne & Family,
During times like this the right words cannot be found. You are all in my thoughts as I know the pain you are feeling right now can be difficult to bear. I will always remember Gilbert as a very gentle and caring individual as he tended to his pets and I really enjoyed the little time I spent discussing things with him. Leanne, I know over time you will find that space where when you think of your Dad the good memories come before the sad ones … give it time.
Love, Carolyn James

Let me say how saddened I was to hear of Dr Fab’s passing.
I had the privilege of working with him at E.G.H. in the lab until 2009 when I retired. He was an extremely kind and generous person with a great sense of humor. He was very encouraging and supportive when I had to cross-train in Histopathology. When I retired he came and spoke to me on my last day. It meant a great deal. I will always remember him fondly.
I can only imagine what an incredible loss this is for your family.
Please accept my sincere and heart felt expression of sympathy.
