Peacefully, on Tuesday, July 9, 2019, Tom Pinkett of Caledon East, at the age of 62 years. Son of the late George and Freida Pinkett, Tom is survived by his daughter Jennifer (Sean) Auld and grandchildren Mason, Bennett and Campbell. Brother of David (Cathy), Susan (Greg), and the late Robert. He is survived by his niece Kaitlyn and nephews Jeffrey, Johnathan, and Brent.
A private service will be held at the family cottage, as this is where Tom was always happiest. He enjoyed everything about life at the lake, but especially boating, fishing, waterskiing, and listening to the loons at night.

We are so sorry to hear about Tom’s passing. As we read this, so many memories come to surface about our early years in Bolton. Tom & I, P-nuts ( Brian ) shared many great younger lives together…
There’s just so much … First I think of I’m sorry that after moving away that we never stayed in touch.
The times we had, driving around in the big blue New Yorker with the roof down… Just cruising around..
The time we went to pick up his pink Duster, that he brought right to the body shop to paint it brown before anyone could see it.. LOL …
Going to his house, when we didn’t have our licenses, I’d ride my bike across Mill Lane. The only time I ever saw dogs opening doors for each other.. That was so cool.. Never have I since, either.
We went on numerous road trips up to Sunridge to go fishing. A summer time & a winter time friend. We would ski-doo into Bolton before we had our drivers license.. Most times we headed for the ski hill.
We were always working on our dodges together at Albion Chrysler.. I worked there and I could work on my vehicles after close.. But I’d bring in his too..
Again to you all, we are so very sorry.
Your in our prayers.
Brian ( P-nuts ) & Terry Lynn ( Hunter ) Pellerin

When I opened and read the Caledon Citizen this morning I saw the picture and notice for Tom. Tom lived in our apartment on Bramalea Road for about 4 years. He was a great tenant , always quiet and going to work everyday. I always wondered where he went when he left us but never tried to find him. Please email us or phone if you can. 905.867.1273

I taught Tom when he was in grade eight at Palgrave School. Although I have seen him since then, I do remember a lovely boy who would no doubt grow into a very fine man. My condolences to all the family.
