Hilda was a treasured volunteer for many years with Caledon Meals on Wheels and a dear friend to all of us. I calculated at one point in time that she had delivered over 4,000 meals to hundreds of seniors in Caledon. Quite a record for a little lady! She will be dearly missed. Our deepest sympathy to Hilda’s family from all of her many friends at Caledon Meals on Wheels.

My sincere sympathy to the whole of the Innis family.
I had a great visit with Hilda a time before she went to the residence. We chatted about our families and events of the past.
She was able to tell me much about her Mother’s heritage, which brought us together.
Hilda was always a friendly pleasant person as a young women and as she dealt with the stresses of growing older.
May wonderful memories live in your hearts and know that she is now at peace.

My sincere sympathy to the Innis clan on the loss of Hilda. There wasn’t much happened in Caledon East that you didn’t see Hilda. I went to school with the Innis’s and my father and R.J. served on the old school board for many years. Unfortunately, I didn’t see the death notice so was not there to offer my condolences in person but, believe me, they are heartfelt.

Sorry to hear of your mother’s passing. I still tell everyone about Hilda’s potato salad – it was the best and still is that I have ever eaten. I always remember after haying she would have the table set perfectly and more food – she probably could of fed all of Mono Road.

Hello Wayne and Paula, I just wanted to say how sorry I was to see the passing of your mother.
Thought I would say hello to you and wanted you to know you are in my thoughts as we had gone to High School together years ago.
