Leyland,
I’m so sorry I wasn’t able to make it to your dad’s service. I have known Ian for 25 years, and always loved chatting with him. He had such a distinctive dialect. He was a great friend to my dad.I hope the two of them are spending time getting reacquainted! My sincere condolences.

I worked with Mr Brown at Glidden Paints on Glidden Road. It was my first full time job and Mr Brown was the best person to work for. Years later I would see him at Staples at Shoppers World in Brampton. Mr Brown was such a gentle soul, always a pleasure to see him. He was a real gentleman, will miss him! Sorry for your loss but I’m glad to have known him.
