My sincere condolences to both the Arkison and Reid families. I had the pleasure of knowing Jackie when we lived a couple of streets from one another in Bolton many years ago.. Jackie became one of Caledon/Dufferin Victim Services most valued volunteers and team leader. Jackie being such a committed and empathetic woman, was always willing to help others, giving of herself and her time so generously. Her kindness touched many in the Caledon and Dufferin communities.
