Peacefully at her home, surrounded by her family, on Wednesday June 4, 2014, Joan M. Gibson, of Everett, formerly of Palgrave, in her 74th year, beloved wife of Lewis Armstrong. Loving mother of Lisa and her husband Doug Adams. Cherished Nanny to Garth and Tyler. Dear sister of Bob and his wife Jean Gibson, Palgrave.
The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street S. (Hwy. 50), Bolton (905-857-2213) Friday afternoon 2- 4 and evening 7 – 9 o’clock. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Saturday afternoon, June 7, at 2:30 o’clock. Interment Morningside Cemetery, Palgrave.
If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.

Never spoke an unkind work or raised her voice always gentle and patient when drawing blood from difficult patients. She was a sweetheart! Just learned today about her death sorry for your loss !
