Gone to be with her Lord on Monday, December 24, 2012, Johanna Voerman, in her 96th year, beloved wife of the late Jan (John) Groen. Loving mother of Ena and Luke Jonker, John and Alice, Mary (deceased) and Ray Sawyer, Joan and Ben Kottelenberg, Bert (deceased), Jan and Jenny, George and Margaret, Arnold and Jenny, Ed and Bertha, Randy and Alice, Arthur and Lynda (deceased). Cherished grandmother of many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Survived by her two sisters in The Netherlands, Dina and Lena. Dearest aunt of Gail Wemekamp.
The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home Baxter & Giles Chapel, 273 Broadway, Orangeville (519-941-2630) on Wednesday afternoon 3 to 5 and evening 7 to 9 o’clock. Funeral service will be held in the Canadian Reformed Church, 55 C Line, Orangeville on Thursday, December 27 at 2 o’clock. Spring interment Greenwood Cemetery, Orangeville.
