You would have to drive a long ways to find a nicer man than John Rynn, but you wouldn’t find any. It is no wonder they closed Kodak after he retired. John was the key organiser with the Knights of Columbus basketball competition and I loved working with him for many years. He will be missed.

John was a good friend who I met while walking after he had retired. Over the years John, Andy McCarthy and I met probably four times a week for coffee at Tim’s, where we solved most of the world’s problems and discussed every topic under the sun!
We also shared stories of our past and family; Andy and I send our condolences to all of John’s family. He loved you all deeply and I know that you will miss him.
Andy and I will take a while before we get used to not seeing him waiting for us at our usual table, but we will not forget him. He was a gentleman and a true friend.
