We are so sorry for your loss. Words will never be able to express enough the sorrow you are going through, nor would we be able to take that grief from you. All we can do is show our support, as best we can, silently, we can be the strength you need, when you are unable to be strong for yourself; listening, to words expressing what you are feeling; or a simple hug to let you know you aren’t alone. Please, know that we are always with you in spirit, and only a phone call away whenever the time is needed.
Keeping you all in our thoughts and prayers, now and always. God Bless.
Love you bunches Bean.

Carol, we send all our love to you and the family, we are here for you 24/7. We have been heartbroken ever since receiving the call of Joe’s passing. It has been quite a journey we have all been apart of for some time. Julie always refers to Joe as her “big brother” Julie fondly tells stories of those tequila visits with Joe. All the support and guidance he has given us over the years, he was such a decent and honest man, a true friend. They broke the mold when they created Joe. Carol, you were the love of his life and he will be in your heart forever.
Joe, you are gone from our sight but never from our hearts. Keep the tequila on ice, until we meet again our dear friend. We will never ever forget you and we will always be there for Carol and your family as you were always there for us. We know that you are at peace now, no more pain, just sailing the blue skies with a bottle of the best tequila!
Love you Joe forever, Love to Carol, Andrea and the rest of the family
Love Julie Gregoris and Laura Bulloch

Dear Carol, Andrea and family. Our deepest sympathy to you. Joe gave me and my company the biggest business opportunity which still lives on today . He said he liked that I didn’t bs him, but, I’ll never forget his no bs line to me. He said I looked terrible for my young age. Lol… then we had another beer. I trusted and respected his advice. Thank you Joe.
Franco Bilotta
I have known Joe for many years and he was a one-of-a-kind. A true gentlemen, very intelligent, kind, and blessed with a no bs attitude. Business brought us together but his charm and kindness made us friends. I enjoyed our long conversations and made sure I kept my schedule clear for hours when we talked because I didn’t want to miss a story, a detail, or sometimes a lesson. Joe will be missed by many but certainly never forgotten by anyone.
My deepest condolences to Carol, Andrea, Sean, Lucas, Julian and everyone that loved Joe.

Dearest Carol and Andrea and family. Although it has been some time since Gunda and I spent time with you and Joe, a flood of memories are hitting me as I think of all of you. My heart aches as I know yours must. There is no greater testament to a person than the unsolicited kindness that is written in the words herein from others about Joe. He was that and more.

Joe,
You always made my day. Always greeted with a smile and a story. It was a honor and pleasure to know you. I loved to talk boats with you. You were always such a loving and caring person to everyone around you. Totally genuine. Last I saw you were so excited for your new grand child, cruising your boats. I miss having you and Carol as dock neighbors.
Rest easy my friend.

To Joe’s family:
I entered the condo management world in the early 2000’s, in my early 20’s, where I came to know Joe. Through many trials and tribulations, he was always such an amazing source of wisdom and support, not only in the technical side, but also just as a person, coaching a young person through the first ten years of her career. We only met once in person, but of course spoke countless times on the phone, and he was always there to answer my calls – he was like a father to me in a sort of corporate way, and I was so grateful to him. It’s been about 17 years since we spoke (I left the industry), but I have since married a trades person who has the same passion and commitment to professional excellence as Joe did. As our company is changing, this morning i thought that Joe would be the perfect person to talk to for advice. I still remembered the office number by heart, I had dialed it so many times during that ten years of my career.
I’m sure I am not the only person who received such valuable guidance from him in their career. The industry is at such a deficit now without him. I can see, too, that his friends and family are equally suffering that loss.
I just want his loved ones to know how respected he was in his industry, how kind and generous he was with his professional time, and how sad I am to know that I can no longer turn to the one man I know would have given me the time and advice I needed today.
My condolences to his family and friends, and particularly his wife and children whom he always spoke of so fondly.
