August 30, 1943 to May 6, 2024
Daughter of the late Chuck & Betty Buddo; Sister to Jeff, Jennifer, Jim and the late John Buddo. Loving mother of son Warren Jones and granddaughter Grace Jones.
After a choicefully short battle with cancer Judy passed feeling genuinely positive, loved, appreciated, joyful and looking forward to re-joining her many beloved friends who have gone before her (human, horse and hound equally!). As final parting words Judy has asked that we all take to heart the following:
“Thank you with all my heart for the wonderful memories : ) !!”
A celebration of Judy’s life will be held at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street S (Hwy 50), Bolton (905-857-2213) on Monday morning, May 13 at 11 o’clock.
Followed by a reception at the funeral home.

We send our heartfelt condolences. Judy was a wonderful, loyal, loving and caring lady. We had the opportunity to speak with her last week and say a final goodbye.

David and I were saddened to hear that Judy had passed. We knew each other through TNYH Hunt Club connections.
I fondly recall the first day we spoke. Judy called our home regarding a horse she was helping to re-home.
She introduced herself as the lady who had corralled David’s “riderless” horse galloping down Young Street at 8 AM! She immediately realized that he had neglected to tell me of his misfortunes! She graciously apologized for her “oops” in sharing David’s “disconnect with his “horse and we quickly bonded as friends. We shared a good laugh about this memorable incident for years.
She indeed was a kind and generous lady who offered her expertise to many, not only in the hunt field, but to all with whom she crossed paths.
Please accept our sincere condolences . She will be missed by so many.

Warren,
I am so sorry to hear about your mother. I was at the Classic Carriage show for several years and that’s where I met your mother.
I have talked to her in the past month and she informed me of her wishes.
I am so glad we have choices!
She had a very interesting life and raised a wonderful son. Your daughter got to know her too.
Keep her memory alive with stories about her with your daughter.
Condolences.

Deepest sympathy on the passing of Judy.
I have the fondest memories of Judy over many decades here at our farm and over the many years at the Eglington and Caledon Hunt.
It was great to see her out at some of the shows in recent years.
Always a passion for the horses. ❤️
Rest in peace, Judy.
