I knew Ken many years at The Globe and Mail, where he was hugely liked and respected. One of my most cherished possessions is a painting he did for me. It was a portrait of my two dogs (he called it Man’s Best Friends). My deepest sympathies to the whole family.

We are all so sorry to hear of Ken’s passing.
We always enjoyed seeing him, and his cheer and sense of humour made our day.
We also appreciated his talents with a paint brush- he did a nice portrait of our late Chocolate lab, which was so kind of him.
We will all miss him.
