My deepest condolences on the passing of Uncle Ken. Almost all of my memories of family gatherings in days gone by, happy and sad, are highlighted with Ken’s words of comfort or – luckily more often – with his teasing and laughter. I first met Ken McMullan as a trainee for the Bolton Volunteer Ambulance. He was a true professional and became my partner on many calls before he retired after nearly 18 years. He always met me with a smile and loved to talk about old times. He was a true gentleman always keen to help. My condolences to you Phyllis.
