Surrounded by his family at Brampton Civic Hospital, Klare Knol was taken by the Lord into eternal rest on Saturday, September 15, 2012, in his 82nd year. For nearly 51 years he was the beloved husband of Jane Knol (nee Roodzant). He was the loving father of Jenette and Ray Schoon, Nellie and Chuck Endeman, Debbie and Peter Vandersluis, Audrey Baldwin, Paul Baldwin, Sharon and George Hofsink, Linda Knol, Gerald and Michelle Knol, Alida and Garth Spanninga. He will be fondly remembered and missed by his 20 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his grandson Shane Spanninga.
The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home Baxter & Giles Chapel, 273 Broadway, Orangeville (519-941-2630) on Tuesday afternoon 2 – 4 and evening 7 – 9 o’clock. Following a private interment in Greenwood Cemetery, a funeral service will be held in the Canadian Reformed Church, 55 C Line, Orangeville on Wednesday, September 19 at 2:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Reformed World Relief Fund, P.O.
