Dearest Virginia and Victor,
I Never Saw Your Wings – author Unknown
How is it that I never saw your wings
when you were here with me?
When you closed your eyes and soared
to the Heavens I could hear the
faint flutter of you wings as you left.
Your body no longer on this side
your spirit here eternally I see your halo shine.
I close my eyes and see the multi-colored wings
surround me in my saddest moments and my happiest times.
Mother my angel God has given you your assignment
always my mother forever my angel.
You fly into my dreams and when I am asleep
I feel your wings brush against my face wiping away
the tears I shed since I can no longer hold
you in my arms but in my heart.
You earned those wings dear mother
and you will always be me angel eternal.
Thinking of you both and Lois. xx

There have been many beautiful memories of Lois through-out my whole life. I was the younger cousin who enjoyed her calm, thoughtful and youthful personality. Lois was fun but very wise. She inspired and was devoted to her students through-out her many years of teaching. Lois was great mother, guiding her own children to attain their goals. Thank you, Lois for being an inspiration to me and others. We will always remember the wonderful memories you left. R.I.P. dear cousin and friend. Christina and Ken

My thoughts and prayers are with you and the rest of your family during this difficult time. I didn’t know your mother personally but she did teach my husband. He has spoken fondly of her and told some stories of her over the years. By the sounds of things she was an amazing person. I hope that both of you take comfort in the many memories that you created together.

I wish to express my deepest sympathy for the loss of your wonderful Mother. When I think of your Mother, the term ‘renaissance woman’ comes to mind. Capable of accomplishing anything she set her mind to and living her life to the fullest with strength, courage, love, kindness and generosity.
I will be with you in spirit today
