I have very fond memories of Marjorie — My mother Joan Lockhart enjoyed many happy memories with Marjorie — Church craft groups, Christmas Bazaar and meeting at Tim’s for coffee. Marjorie was a blessing for all of us who were working on fundraising or serving Parish dinners. She worked alongside us with a happy spirit and we counted on her organizational skills in the kitchen at St.John’s. She was a beautiful woman inside and out… we will miss her. Our condolences and sympathies to Murray and her whole family.

Uncle Murray,
We were all so very sad to hear of Aunt Marg’s passing. She was a wonderful woman. She was there for us on more than one occasion and she always had a smile and a kind word. Please know we are all thinking about you and wishing you only the very best.
Remember, while we are all mourning the loss of Aunt Marg, there are others rejoicing as they meet up with her again.
Take care of yourself, Uncle Murray. We miss you.

She was my hairdresser, dressmaker, babysitter and fancy coloured sandwich maker while I was growing up…but most importantly she was my Aunt. Her door was always open for friends and family and she always had a bubbly personality to greet them with. I was one of the lucky ones that got to call her my Aunt. She will be missed by many nieces and nephews. My thoughts, prayers and hugs are with my Uncle Murray at this time.

Dear Murray,
We read about Marjorie’s passing in the paper, too late to come to see you. We will always remember her wonderful smile and hearty laugh. She always thought of others and their happiness before her own. You were both such good friends to Ken and Rhoda Hunter. May her memory give you strength and peace.
Fondly, Bill and Ann Robinson and family.
