Morris was a huge part of the Lyon family especially at Kahshe Lake. Having the Wojcik family own the resort and getting to know them all was a blessing. Morris was fun loving, creative, passionate, friendly and well liked by all. As the youngest of our family and 14 years younger than Morris he was always very nice to me, like an older brother. I hosted him at the cottage in 2022 with my brothers for golf. Fantastic memory. He was a lovely man, a kahshe lake original! My parents really enjoyed him as well . No words can express the loss to your family I am sure. He was a giant of a man!

My cousin was one of my favourite cousins. His good humor was infectious and I always enjoyed his visits to our home and our trip to Florida to visit his brother Rick. My dad loved Morris’ down to earth attitude. Morris…may you finally be at peace with no pain and may you watch over the ones who love you. You will be missed dear cousin.

I have many cherished memories of time spent with my friend Moe. Although our time together was early in our lives – mid 70’s through to the early 90’s they were times spent with a very special person.
Mary and I were heart broken to here of Morris’ passing. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family.
“Only the good die young”
God bless you my friend, rest in peace.

Like my brother John I have known Morris most of my life. When his family bought Kahshe Lake resort many years ago we all spent so much time together at the lake..what great memories!! We ended up spending so much time in adulthood with the whole crowd…Jane, Ross ,Judy etc. ..What I wouldn’t give to see him dance to Michael Jackson’s “Beat -It” one more time..! I hope he is
in a better place now. He was a good man…!
