Peacefully at Dufferin Oaks Home for Senior Citizens, Shelburne, on Saturday, December 7, 2013, Myrtle Agombar, in her 94th year, beloved wife of the late Douglas Durham of Hanover. Loving mother of May and her husband Allan Barry. Cherished grandmother of Angela and her husband Kevin Gallie. Dear great-grandmother of Owen. Survived by her sister Kathleen Coakwell. Predeceased by brother Bert Agombar and sister Muriel Wendorf.
The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home Baxter & Giles Chapel, 273 Broadway, Orangeville (519-941-2630) on Tuesday evening from 7 to 9 o’clock. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday morning, December 11 at 11 o’clock. Followed by a reception. Interment Hanover Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario, 204 – 21 Surrey St. W., Guelph N1H 3R3 or the Canadian Cancer Society, 202 – 2227 South Millway, Mississauga L5L 3R6.
