Peacefully at his home, Wasaga Beach, on Tuesday, January 24, 2017, Nicholas Chapman, in his 81st year, beloved husband of the late Joan Chapman (Prince). Loving father of Robin (Debbie), Tracy (Frank), Charmaine, and Monty. Dear grandfather of Jessica, Dylan, Alexandra, Frankie, and Adele. Loving son of the late Harold and Noreen Chapman. Survived by his sister Cynthia. Fondly remembered by all his nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and his special friend Rose. Nick enjoyed a long fulfilling career at Goodyear. He loved to spend his days at the beach, boating on Georgian Bay or in his garden. He enjoyed watching hockey, football and baseball. He truly enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. We miss you so much already, we love you always and you are forever in our thoughts.
The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street S. (Hwy. 50), Bolton (905-857-2213) on Monday evening 5 – 8 o’clock.
Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday morning, January 31 at 11 o’clock.
Following a reception at the funeral home, interment Morningside Cemetery, Palgrave.
