I was blessed with the privilege of knowing Phil only within the last year, but he had a profound spiritual impact in my life.
Because Phil was exuberant in his every moment of life, his absence must be felt so profoundly throughout the whole family and I offer my deepest condolences in this time of sadness.
I wish you comfort in the fact that this man has left a rich and wonderful legacy. He valued family above all, and spoke often and warmly of how appreciative he was of his own family.
Phil was a man of enormous spirit and he will be missed but more than that he will be remembered.

We knew Phil for well over 35 years and we have never known a finer gentleman, mentor and family man. He was truly a people person who unselfishly helped and gave freely of himself to so many people. He will be missed but never forgotten. Our deepest sympathy to all the family.
