In loving memory of Pia Possentini, April 7, 1945 to April 30, 2016. Loving wife to Luigi. Dearest mother to Luisa and mother-in-law to Stephen. Loving grandmother to Daniel and Michael. The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to their relatives and friends for their outpouring of love and support during this difficult time. A special thanks to Dr. Weicker and staff.
A million times we’ve needed you. A million times we’ve cried. If love alone could have saved you. You never would have died. In life we loved you dearly In death we love you still In our hearts you hold a place No one else will fill. It broke our hearts to lose you But you didn’t go alone. Part of us went with you, The day God took you home.
