While the loss of a loved one is never easy, it is most certainly the hardest when they are taken from us too soon. Your recent loss of your son who has left us at such a youthful age is certainly in the category of those hard losses for which there is so painful a reminder of what might have been.
We offer our sincere condolence and deepest sympathy on your loss. May the outpouring of sympathy, the kind acts of friends and strangers and the comfort in knowing that your loss is felt by many, help you through this difficult time.
I ask for God’s blessings on you and your wonderful family. May you find the courage and strength to move forward in peace and confidence and in knowing that his was a life well-lived.
My boys Joshua and Eric will miss him very much, he will be in our hearts and thoughts always. We love you Ray

Didn’t personally know Raymond but it is evident that he was important to and loved by many, many people, including some that I know myself. I’ve read so much about him through messages and memories that friends have posted on Facebook. He seemed to have touched many people throughout his life and left them with deep imprints on their hearts. It is so tragic for someone to leave this world so young, which is why I felt so inclined to share a message here. Our deepest condolences and prayers go out to Raymond’s family and friends. May the Lord be with you at this time.
Katrina Moody
I wasn’t a very close friend of Raymond’s, in fact I may have only spoken to him a few times, but that was enough to know that he was a beautiful person and a wonderful friend with a contagious smile and a true heart. He will be greatly missed by all of his friends, and even those who barely knew him, like myself, will miss him dearly. I wish I still lived in Bolton to say goodbye. I’m glad I got to speak to him, even if it was only a couple of times and not for long. I send my deepest condolences to the Fowler family. He was a great kid, and his parents should be proud of the marvelous boy they raised. I’m sure he will be smiling down at you always, and that smile will always bring light into the hearts of family and friends. Much love, Katrina.
Mr. Everett
It was with great sadness to hear the news today about the loss of your son Raymond. It is so hurtful when one of “our” children are taken so young. I hope you can take some comfort in knowing that so many people have Raymond in their prayers at this very difficult time. God bless Raymond.

Dear James, Faithe and Katie
Don’t think of him as gone away his journey’s just begun,
Life holds so many facets this earth is only one.
Just think of him as resting from the sorrows and the tears
in a place of warmth and comfort where there are no days and years.
Think how he must be wishing that you could know today
how nothing but your sadness can really pass away.
And think of him as living in the hearts of those he touched…
for nothing loved is ever lost and he was loved so much…
Our deepest deepest sympathy…You will never walk alone..We are walking with you every step of the way…Treasure all your wonderful memories’..Love you Phyllis and family…xoxoxox

Dear Fowler Family,
I was a friend of your lovely son Raymond. He was the kindest and happiest guy I knew. Your son could make anybody smile, no matter what they were going through. He did things for people that not many of us would do. He was a genuine friend to all of us and even though I’ve only known him for two years, he became part of my life. The bright side, because everytime I would see him, he would make me laugh. I know he’s in a better place looking down at all of us. My condolences to your family and friends. If you ever need anything please let me know, I will be able to help at any time.
Love,

Dear James, Faithe, and Katie
There simply are no words to express the sorrow we felt when we heard the awful news of the death of your precious son/brother Ray. We can only imagine how devastating this must be for you and the rest of your family. Of course your life is forever changed as a result of Ray’s death because there is nothing, nothing, nothing as painful as losing a child. After all, we are not supposed to outlive our children, are we? It goes completely against the natural order of things, it is so terribly unjust, and it is so very hard to accept. Please except our deepest sympathy for your loss and know you are in our thoughts and prayer.

To the Fowler Family,
Your son Ray was one of my good friends, almost like a Big Brother I never had. Raymond heart was bigger then most people had in this world, he was always there for me no matter what it was, if I was sad somehow he always managed to put a Smile on my face, he made me laugh like crazy and always made sure my head was held high. I don’t have one bad memory with Ray Ray. He filled my Life with Joy and I’m so sad that he is now gone, I am going to miss him very much, as i’m sure we all will. I lost my dad a year ago, it was horrible, never felt so much pain in my life, I wanted to stop living, months went by and I realized that my dad was watching me and was probably shacking his head down on me. The world unfortuantly will never stop for us to just cry, or take a breath or even try to forget for a moment. I know Ray Ray is in a better place and I know that Ray hated to see people hurting or sad, he would want us to smile for him, because if were smiling, hes smiling and we all Loved his smile 🙂 <3 I can not stress enough how sorry I am for your loss, my heart is broken for your family and I know words never help and cant take back time but I wanted to send my Condolences and say Your Son Raymond James Folwer Will FOREVER & ALWAYS Live on in My heart <3 as well as his best friends Eric, Pat, Jeff, Josh, Todd, Mike ect. Godbless

I’m left speechless.. Raymond is one soul that we will never forget. It’s so hard to accept his death. I can’t even beleave that he is gone. I beleave that god took his soul because of how nice he was. Ray had a big heart and he diserves more, then what this world has to offer.

I wish I could trade places with Ray. A day without his smile is a day without sun. We all lost part of ourselves.
Your son was such a great person and a great friend but you already know that.
Ray was such a kind and caring person. He always knew how to put a smile on everyone’s face. It’s hard to believe it’s true. I’m still waiting for him to come to school with a smile on his face and say punk’d. Ray always told me that when I have panic attacks to stop what I’m doing and breath. On Monday night I didn’t stop and I didn’t breath. No, I am also emotionally broken and physically broken.. I ended up breaking my foot at the tracks.. Part of me saying Ray kept telling me to stop but I didn’t so breaking my foot is his way of saying haha I told you so.. At Humberview I had some really hard 4 years at that school to the point where I couldn’t sleep half the time. Your son would stay up with me until 5am sometimes the whole night. He always put smiles on my face when I would cry or when I was down.. Somehow looking back at everything I still have that smile being put on my face. Ray is the sparkle in our eyes, the fire on a candle, the beat to our hearts and most of all sometimes the love of our lives. Meeting Ray was the best thing that has happened to me, to Humberview, to EVERYONE there will never be a day that goes by where we are not thinking of him.
WE all miss YOU so much just always remember how much you mean to us and how much we LOVE you
Love you forever and always
See you soon <333

To The Fowler Family,
I cannot even begin to compliment you all for the great person that you have raised. Quickly after having met and hanging out with Ray it had become clear that Ray carried a giant heart of gold with him everywhere he went. I can recall many times where it was clear that somebody’s day was not going well, Ray would go out of his way to make the person feel better and would not walk away until he saw you smile. It rarely had to come to this though because usually if you were having a bad day and you heard Ray’s laugh, everything would start to get better.
James, Faithe, and Katie your family will forever be in my thoughts and hopes. It is my hope that you all understand that you are not alone through this. The loss a family faces is much more painful than that of a friend who has only known Ray for a few years. I just want you all to know that you have the support of all of Raymond’s friends 110% no matter what. Please stay strong and always cherish the many great memories left behind. With much love, Justin Paradiso.

Dear the Fowler family,
I use to hang out with Raymond & all the other Humberview boys when I was in grade 9 & 10 (me & him are the same age), & I never told him this but I had a crush on him, I mean why wouldn’t a girl? He was cute, smart, hilarious, I could go on forever.. we sort of drifted apart though which I really regret ever happening because those were the best of days. I wanted to message him but there was a lot going on unfortunately. It’s incredibly true when people say his smile was big & bright, which I’m sure you all know.. that smile could light up the entire room. He smiled as much as he could, he cared about everybody & put them all first, he lived his life to the fullest that he could & touched more people within his 18 years than most actually do in one life time. I cannot get his smile out of my head, but I guess it’s for a reason, because he does not want any of us being sad.. that smile is suppose to make us smile right back, I mean after all I think he deserves one 🙂 You all are so strong, it’s amazing. Keep those chin’s up & know that you will one day meet again. If there is anything I could ever do, please don’t ever hesitate to inform me. (905) 857-1880. May Raymond James Fowler Rest in Paradise, sweet sweet angel. xo
