Arlene: Ross enjoyed the telephone conversations from Saskatchewan, he was always curious about the farmers and the situation of the crops at harvest time. He enjoyed nothing better than being in the barn with the animals, each visit with Ross & yourself required an attentive listen concerning the field crops. I remember Ross from his early years, on the farm at Bolton with his father ;and at the McCauley lumber yard on Queen Street.
He was a farmer at heart, Ross, Rest in Peace.

Dear Arlene:
Our sincere and heart felt condolences, during this challenging time of mourning. We will miss our visits, with Ross. He always kept us up to date on the crops and his herd of cattle. Rest in Peace Ross.

It is better to go to the house of mourning, than to go to the house of feasting;
for this is the end of everyone, and the living will lay it to heart.

So sorry to hear of Ross passing, had enquired just a couple of weeks ago about him. We spent many a time at the Goodfellow farm while we were kids and can remember the good times there with the family. Memories are wonderful to have and may the family be comforted by them. May God be close to all at this time and bring comfort and strength.

I met Ross when his mom was at the Davis centre in Bolton as was my dad. I was also raised on a farm at Horeshoe Valley so we had many chats about farming & all the work it required back in the day. Ross was always pleasant & ready to help anyone he could.
May you rest in peace Ross as you were one of the best.
Arlene so sorry for your loss,take care!!

I am so sad to read of Ross’ passing in the paper. To Arlene , I am so sorry for you and your family. I am glad I stopped in to see his smiling face in January. Life is too short after a loved one is gone. Ross was a proud farmer, and I was proud to call him friend. I am stunned.

Dear Arlene,
We are saddened to hear about Mr. Goodfellow’s passing away. He was a kind person, always positive, even when he was not feeling well. We had many good conversations about the wonderful promises in God’s World the Bible such as, Isaiah 33:24, Revelation 21:3,4 He had a great respect for God and Jehovah God our loving God remembers the good people like him and in due time he will resurrect them back to life as he promised in John 5:28,29
Our thoughts are with you Dear Arlene.
Stay safe during these difficult times
