Debbie, we certainly appreciate your phone call today, and the link to Ruby’s obituary.
Our sincere love to the three “D’s. Even though we haven’t seen each other much in our adult years,
we have always considered your family as our family.
Our mothers were such best friends, no, more like sisters. Ruby and Patricia.
Until my moms last days, they talked almost daily.
That was such a gift, for us as their children, to observe.
I know how you feel! Losing a mother cannot be imagined, but only experienced.
Our love to the three of you and your extended families.
Thanks for the picture you chose. That’s our Ruby. Happy, fun and full of life.
Love, Ken and Dianne Potter; Kimberley and John Knight.

Ruby was always such a cheerful and positive person and a most valued member of Humbervale United Church. She was such a willing and hard worker, and she oversaw the production of the best meat pies and the most delicious dinners I have ever had.
Ruby had a wonderful zest for life and a genuine concern for the well-being of others.
Ruby will be greatly missed but most fondly remembered.
