I’ll miss Uncle Russ and I’ll think of him every time I see a fire fighter or dip my toe in a lake, ocean or pool…. How many people can say their uncle swam across Lake Ontario!! A warm, funny, lovely man ….. I cherish the time I was able to spend with both Uncle Russ and Auntie Betty over the last decade and be welcomed into their home. A true family man who shared so much of our family history with me….. Much love to Carolyn, Jo, Rusty and Paul and all of the extended Simpson family
Keith Simpson

Love the picture It brings back countless memories of his sharing his knowledge and talents and wisdom and experiences as he travelled through life and the love of family was always foremost and cherished and of course the love of his life Betty.
What a wonderful couple they were, always giving sharing and caring
and endless love for all who knew them. Some great memories of Florida and the local Legion and how they made me feel like family. I will always be grateful. My heart goes out to all the family and hope the treasures of time you had with him keep them both close in mind and heart.
Betty wil be delighted to welcome him. Regrettably it is doubtful I’ll be able to attend the service (with my failing vision) but rest assured my heart and prayers and thoughts are with you all.
Love
