Ronnie, Brian, David and family:
We are so terribly saddened at the loss of such a wonderful man. Summer truly started when Uncle Buddy and Ronnie arrived at “Buddy’s cabin” at the Lighthouse cottages. His itinerary included the Wednesday night horse races, Thursday square dance in Glencoe, Bingo at the Judique Hall and Lawrence’s beach. I’m sure the itinerary is now the same in Heaven.
Love to all,
Jennifer and Peter

We were all sad to hear of Buddy’s passing, but prefer to celebrate time at the Lighthouse cabins, and the SirBud plate parked in it’s familiar spot.
Take care Brian, Dave all, wish we could be there.

I’m very sad and shocked to hear of Bud’s sudden passing. Although I know nothing about his background or you, his family, I wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed talking with him.
I met him in The Vera Davis Centre almost every day. He would be waiting for Ronnie to finish her meal as I was leaving after visiting my Mum. Bud was always so friendly and cheerful . . . and so dutiful to his wife.
Such a wonderful gentleman! I’ll miss our little chats.
Sincere condolences to you all …………… Kathryn Dickison

I am an RN at the Davis Centre, and I was very sad to hear about Budd’s passing. In all my years of nursing, I have never been touched so deeply by another like our Budd. We would always look forward to his wonderful smile and pleasant greetings when he came to visit his wife. Even when he became a resident, he remained so sweet and kind and was one of the nicest men I have ever met in my life.
We will all miss him very much. What an honour to have known him. My condolences to the family at this difficult time.
