Scott, Jillian and Evelyn,
Special memories as your neighbour for so many years. Susan sure had a way of lighting up a room with her smile. May your memories always bring joy throughout grief.
I had the pleasure of meeting Susan and Scott in a parking lot in Bolton only a few years ago; it brought back a flood of memories playing in the forest, going to a car race, skating in the fields and your mom’s laughter is one that will never be forgotten! Boy oh boy I spent a lot of time at your house; Susan gave me experiences and made me feel like one of her own; even to receieve the odd correction with a stern look and a smirk to follow haha! Probably what I loved so much with the closeness as the Bzovey tribe, Veinotte tribe and ours shared!
Big hugs to all xox

While my interaction with Susan was narrow in that I met her when I went to Bakers for her help, I remember her vividly and warmly. She was high energy, cared about helping me and I enjoyed her company. I am saddened to hear that she has passed away. I hope that your memories and adventures that you had with her comfort you in the days ahead.

It is with much sadness that I offer condolences to Susan’s family. Susan was a dedicated participant and instructor in the Taoist Tai chi organization, through which I met her. She cared deeply about her students, always putting their needs ahead of her own, and was loved and respected by all. She will be missed very much by me and the FLK organization.
Susan Kershaw
I met Susan at Tai Chi. She was my favourite instructor. I ran into her quite a bit around town after that and she always had such a positive, can-do attitude. I remember her standing up for a local restaurant on social media to get people to try it. Susan was a stand out. I was shocked to hear of her death. I can’t believe such a force was taken so soon.
My thoughts are with you all.

Susan was always considered part of our extended family. When I was writing in my journal the other night I realized just what a big part she has played in my life…
-tutoring me on reading in primary school
-ensuring I was at the right ring at the right time (and looking my best) on the horse show circuit
-teaching me how to use a 35 mm camera
-providing me with moral support and advice throughout the years
-influencing my interest in cars – she always had the coolest cars.. MGB, Subaru
I always considered her a big sister and I will miss her in many ways.
Doug and I also had the racing connection with Susan and Scott, so our lives were parallel in many ways. We regret having not seen her much over the last couple of years, but are thankful for the good times we did have over the years. Doug and I send our love and sympathies to Scott, Evelyn, and Gillian. Hugs during this tough time.
