Brenda and family; Murray was one of the sweetest men I knew…he was giving of his time and always had really great stories. I am honoured that he shared his artwork with me years ago and I got to see the other side of him…not just the real estate agent. He will be missed.

My heartfelt sympathy on the passing of Murray. Such a great guy, with a great sense of humour and always a smile and time for a chat. There will be a big hole in the world without him. So glad I had the opportunity to know and work with him. Sadly missed but never forgotten.

To the Stephen Bunch:
As you already know, Murray was my favourite uncle. (And that is saying something when I have ten to choose from!) He was always available and interested in us and always made us feel welcome. The Sawyers were a better bunch for having known and spent time with uncle Murray.
Frank mentioned the other day that when we started dating, and he started coming to family events, Murray went out of his way to make Frank feel welcome and truly took an interest in Frank’s work etc. Uncle Murray will be greatly missed.

What a great guy and therefore what a loss. Although I only had the pleasure of working with Murray for a couple of years, his enthusiasm, positive attitude and WARM smile not withstanding his fondness for a good scotch, continues to motivate me. Oh and don’t worry Murray, “The Sun Will Never Go Down On You.”
With affection.

I’ve missed him for years – I wish I hadn’t waited so long to get back in touch. Now I shall miss him more intently. We all lived better because of him. Condolences to all.

So saddened to learn about Murray. So many joyful memories abound from too long ago. Met Murray even before I came to Orangeville, one of the earliest happy times.
He always spread smiles around, a lot of fun to know,
and eventually to work with.
Heaven awaits you Murray.
Love and wishes to Brenda and all the family.
