Cathy was born on June 10th, 1941, and passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 6, 2022, at home, surrounded by her husband of 62 years, Merv Holman, and her three children, who will forever love and miss her.
This beautiful soul was the mother of Laura (Kenneth), Bruce (Julie) and Holly. Adored Nana of Alanna-May, Kerrie-Ann and Bradley. Proud GNana of Morgan, Moses, Elizabeth, Brenna, Gavin, Austin and Arlen. Cherished sister of Arlene (John), Bonnie, Gladys, Penny and Shirley (deceased).
Cathy will be fondly remembered for her contributions to the Girl Guides of Canada, Bolton Minor Hockey, the Humberdale Rebekahs Lodge Chapter 163, The Bolton Skating Club and the Albion Bolton Agricultural Society. She was involved in local Bowling Leagues, Ladies Softball and was the inspiration behind a local cancer support group. Cathy’s creativity was shared and valued by the community she loved.
While she enjoyed travelling and being adventurous, many of her favourite memories were made during her 42 years of fun and friendship at the Pigeon Lake Trailer Park.
She will be fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews, her dear friends and all who knew her throughout the community.
Cathy’s family will be hosting a celebration of her life on Sunday, June 26 at 2 o’clock at the Caledon Seniors Centre, 7 Rotarian Way, Bolton. Please RSVP to Laura by June 17.

Cathy was a life long friend of my mother. They shared many adventures together. Some can even be re-told. I have no doubt they are sitting in a couple Muskoka chairs with a bottle of wine, watching a sunset. No doubt having a good laugh.
God Speed Cathy.
