Passed away peacefully at her residence, Westburn Manor, on Wednesday December 10th, 2014, Verda Ann Dunlap, in her 84th year, with her devoted daughter Judy, and family friend Pat by her side. Verda was a dedicated and proud employee of Litton Systems Canada Ltd, June 1960 – Oct 1990. She is survived by her daughter Judy (Tony), son Lance (Nadine), step-son Ralph, her sister Willie Irons, brother Bob Thompson (Gail), 7 grandchildren, 4 great grand children and many nieces and nephews. Special thanks to the staff and volunteers of Westburn Manor and to Josephine Mensah for bringing so much joy and laughter into Verda’s life.
A memorial service will be held at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street S. (Hwy. 50), Bolton (905-857-2213) on Sunday, December 21 at 2 o`clock.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Salvation Army.
