Our sincere sympathy to Vi’s family at this difficult time. She was a loving mother and grandmother who was very proud of her family. On some of our road trips to the cottage she would reminisce of her life, her love to travel, farming, church, community and family. Vi had a contagious smile and a kind heart, she was a very special lady to our family, and will be greatly missed at our family functions. We will hold tight to all the good memories we had in the past few years. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Sarah and Gord Riley travelled quite frequently with Jim and Vi. On one particular Ireland trip, Jimmy wandered off on his own. Everybody was concerned about where he went and were trying to find him. He showed up a while later wondering what all the fuss was about. 🙂 Sarah has fond memories of spending time at their farm.
Over the years Brian and I have enjoyed many Christmas parties with Aunt Vi, Uncle Jim and family where we ate well and played cards. It was always a joy to visit with them. We fondly remember our time together and are grateful for the love shown by Aunt Vi and her family.
